Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Onramp (“we”, “us”), including this website and the free SOL promotion. By using the site or submitting a claim, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

The promotion

• Eligible participants receive SOL worth approximately $20 USD, priced at the time the payout is sent.
• You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to receive and hold digital assets where you live.
• One claim per person, TikTok account, wallet, device and household network. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent claims will be rejected.
• We may review, delay or reject any claim, and may pause or end the promotion at any time, including when the daily or total budget runs out.
• The promotion has no cash value beyond the SOL sent, and can't be transferred or exchanged.

Verifying your TikTok

• To claim, you add a code we give you to your TikTok bio. We check your public profile to confirm it, which shows the account is yours.
• You may only verify a TikTok account you own. We use your public profile only to confirm you are a real person and to limit claims to one per account.
• We never log in to, post to, or get access to your TikTok account.
• Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own terms. Onramp isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

Creator video reward

• We may pay a reward in SOL (currently $50 USD) for TikTok videos about Onramp that you submit on our Earn page. We review every video ourselves, and approval is at our sole discretion.
• You must verify the TikTok account the video was posted on, and the video must be your own work and stay publicly posted. Don't promise viewers profits or make misleading claims.
• We may decline videos that are deleted, reposted from someone else, or break these terms. One reward per TikTok account and per wallet unless we say otherwise.
• You are responsible for any disclosure the law requires where you live when you're paid to post.
• You are responsible for following TikTok's rules. TikTok may remove paid posts about crypto or restrict your account; we aren't responsible for that.
• By submitting, you allow us to link to and share your video.

Your wallet

• You are responsible for entering the correct wallet address and for keeping your wallet and recovery phrase safe.
• Solana transactions are final. We can't reverse or resend a payout sent to the address you entered.
• We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.

Risks

• Memecoins and other digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose all of the value.
• Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Our guides are for education only.
• Profits from trading may be taxable where you live.

Acceptable use

Don't use bots, scripts, VPNs or multiple accounts to claim, and don't interfere with the site. We may block access and cancel claims if we believe these terms have been broken.

Liability

The site and promotion are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from trading, from third-party services (including wallets, exchanges and TikTok), or from delays or errors in payouts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
