Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Onramp collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

What we collect

From your public TikTok profile

When you type your TikTok username, we look up that account's public profile, the same information anyone can see on TikTok:

• Your TikTok user ID, username, display name and profile photo
• Your bio, to check for the verification code we gave you
• Your follower, following, like and video counts, and when the account was created
• Whether your account is verified

You never log in to TikTok through us, and we never get access to your account. We can't post, read your messages, or see anything that isn't public. We use a third-party service to read public TikTok profiles.

When you submit a claim

• Your Solana wallet address and the payout transaction
• Your country, based on your IP address
• A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, network range and browser characteristics. We use these only to stop duplicate claims. We don't store your raw IP address.
• Your browser's user agent (for example, “Chrome on Android”)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're human. Cloudflare processes data for that check under its own privacy policy.

If you submit a video for the creator reward

• Your public TikTok profile (as described above) to confirm the account is yours, the video link you send us, and the account that posted it (from TikTok's public embed service)
• Your wallet address and payout transaction, plus the same hashed network and device signals as a claim

How we use it

• To check eligibility and allow one claim per person
• To detect and prevent fraud and bots
• To send your payout and show you its status

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the site for us (hosting, database, bot protection, public profile lookup). We send the profile service only the TikTok username you entered.
• The Solana network: payouts are public blockchain transactions, so your wallet address and the amount are visible to anyone
• Authorities, if the law requires it

How long we keep it

We keep claim records for as long as the promotion runs and for up to 12 months after, to prevent repeat claims and for our records. Then we delete them.

Your choices

• You can remove the verification code from your TikTok bio as soon as you're verified. We don't need it again.
• You can ask to see or delete your data by emailing support@your-domain.com from the address linked to your request. Transactions already on the Solana blockchain can't be deleted by anyone.

Children

Onramp is only for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
